How do you contact Credit Professional Services?
Call 832-344-9402. A person answers, takes your name and sets up a consultation. The form on this page reaches the same people; use it when it is easier for us to call you than for you to call us.
Please do not send account numbers, your Social Security number or copies of your reports through the form. It only asks for your name, phone number and email, and that is all we need to call you.
What happens after you send the form?
- We call you. The call comes from Credit Professional Services, to the number you entered.
- We set a time. If now is not good, we book the consultation for a time that is.
- We read your reports together. Every account is sorted: possibly wrong, possibly unverifiable, or accurate.
- You decide. You hear what we would dispute, what you could dispute yourself for free, and what stays. There is no sign-up on the call.
Example: you want to rent a new apartment next spring and a collection you paid still shows a balance. On the call we would check whether all three reports show that balance, and you would leave knowing how to dispute it, with us or alone.

Questions before you contact us
How quickly will someone call me back after I send the form?
We answer form requests with a phone call to the number you entered, not with a string of sales emails. Timing depends on how many requests are waiting. If you would rather not wait at all, call our number directly and ask for a consultation; a person answers the line and can set a time with you.
What should I have ready for the consultation call?
Have copies of your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports if you can. You can get one from each bureau every week for free through AnnualCreditReport.com. Letters from collectors and recent account statements help too, because they let us compare what a creditor told you with what it reported.
Will you send me text messages if I fill out the form?
Text messages are covered by the consent box at the bottom of the form. The wording next to that box explains which messages you may receive, that message and data rates may apply, and that replying STOP ends them. Our privacy policy, linked from the form, describes how your phone number is used and shared.
Can I sign up for credit repair during the first call?
No. The first call is for reading your reports and answering questions. If you want our help afterward, you receive the written agreement and the disclosures the law requires, and you sign on your own time. You also keep the right to cancel a credit repair contract within three business days of signing it.
Which number should I call if I live outside Houston?
Each office page shows the phone line from its Google listing, so call that number if your city has an office. If it does not, the number on this page reaches the same team, and the consultation works the same way by phone. Our locations page lists the offices and the cities we serve by phone.
